airalle treatments

This option is designed for those who want the professional heated-air treatment but are more budget-minded and feel they can handle the comb-out procedure themselves. The first part of this lice removal treatment is performed at our lice clinic and the final step is completed by you at home. Our lice removal professionals do a complete and detailed treatment using our AirAllé® device to kill the lice and their eggs then apply a dimethicone rinse. The remainder of the process, including the comb-out is completed at home. Since the ultimate success of this option depends on how well the comb-out is performed, we do not offer our re-treatment policy for this service..

$139 flat rate per treatment. Includes professional nit terminator comb.

Comb out treatment for head lice

Under this lice removal option, our technicians will do a thorough comb-out in our  lice clinic. Duration of this treatment depends on length of hair and lice infestation level. Since we don’t use the AirAllé device during this treatment, we do not offer our re-treatment policy for this service.

$89 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments

mom performing a do it yourself treatment for head lice

Our do it yourself at home lice removal kit is our most affordable treatment option! We equip you with all the topical treatment products you will need including: Professional Nit Terminator Comb, Chemical-Free Comb-Out Mousse, and Non-Toxic Topical Rinse. Our lice removal clinician will provide you with detailed instructions and steps on how to properly apply the treatment products and perform the comb out on your own at home. Since most parents are not experienced at lice-removal, this will take significantly more time than a professional lice removal treatment at our lice removal clinic in Thousand Oaks, CA in order to ensure all the lice and nits have been removed. The parent will need to perform follow-up procedures to ensure all lice and eggs have been removed. Since this at home treatment is not performed in our clinic, we do not offer our re-treatment policy for this service.

*PLEASE NOTE: The AirAllé® device cannot be used to treat persons who cannot sense temperature or pain; who cannot communicate physical discomfort; who have open head wounds, sores, or visible signs of skin or scalp abnormalities; who have received radiation treatment of the head within the last 6 months; who have cranial or facial implants; and children under the age of 4.
